She writes articles for leading lifestyle publications in Asia, including the South China Morning Post. She is the author of two books on Chinese design and architecture--China Style and the best-selling China Modern.

A. Chester Ong, born in the Philippines and currently based in Hongkong, has photographed widely throughout Asia, and his work has appeared in magazines and exhibitions as well as books.
